Parliament preferred asylum Baghdad and Erbil for the Federal Court to resolve differences on oil contracts

Baghdad (newsletter) ...Thanks to a member of the Committee on oil and energy Parliamentary Deputy/National Alliance/Baha Gamaleldin, recourse to the Federal Court to resolve the dispute between Baghdad and Erbil on eligibility of Kurdistan with contracted investment oil companies.

Jamaluddin told reporters (News Agency news): the Federal Government is concerned with contracting with petroleum investment companies, according to the draft law, oil and gas.

This article (5) second draft law of oil and gas Cabinet authority competent federal oil and lakraralsiash overseeing the application of that policy, as well as oversee total operations of oil including the adoption of the federal policy for all the orders that organization governed by this law, including exploration, production, transport and marketing and to propose legislative instruments in the oil sector and ratify regulations necessary for things above from time to time.

Jamaluddin said: that is the Kurdish Alliance objected to article v of the draft law and demands that the Kurdistan region asserted contracted continuing oil companies, continued: the lack of legislation back to the large differences between the Federal Government and other provinces and the territory around oil powers.
